Return Process

Reach out to our customer care team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your unopened coffee or tea products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside.
- 3.Ship the Items
Send your package to our distribution center using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe arrival and processing.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned items, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
